This application required part flipping, a plain white (no backlight) pick area and the ability to handle odd shaped 2.5" diameter 1/4" thick steel parts.

The table is 16" wide x 24" long and features our twist-track part flipping solution. The hopper can handle roughly 100 pounds of parts and is perpendicular to the main feeder surface. Everything is mounted to a pedestal style base that extends the pick area close to the robot and also houses the controls
