This system features a 20 cubic foot hopper and feeds a range of plastic caster wheels. The parts range from 2" diameter 1" thick to over 6" diameter x 2" thick, weighing almost 2 pounds each. The recirculation area had to tip over parts that weren't laying down.

 

The hopper and feed table are on separate bases, and the end of the exit feed area extends past the base to reach inside to the guarded area. RoboShop vibratory tables do not require any guarding.
