A disk shaped part with a hollowed side needed to be fed to a single spot with the hollow side down. By utilizing a simple air nozzle we remove the "hollow up" parts and send them to recirculate up a hill. They waterfall back to the lower feeder section and move on to the end.

With this simple method or sorting we can achieve feed rates of over 60 parts per minute with some parts. These units are small and reliable and can be set up to handle a range of different parts.
