This flex-style feeder handles a large family of similar styles stamped metal parts. The part in the video is around 4" square and needs to be presented for picking "cup-side up".

The recirculation table uses a twist-track to catch the edge of the part to flip it over. Parts that are in the correct orientation slide off the edge and don't flip. This provides a very high percentage of correct parts for the robot to select from.

The table is 16" wide x 42" long. The hopper can handle roughly 100 pounds of parts. Everything is mounted to a pedestal style base that extends the pick area close to the robot and also houses the controls
