This parts feeder uses an inspection camera to look for small chamfers in these valve seat rings. Every part is inspected. Parts that have the correct side up are pushed onto the exit conveyor. Parts that are upside down are flipped over onto the exit conveyor. With this method feed rates of 60 parts per minute or more are achievable.

The system is also adjustable for a wide variety of part diameters.
