This feeding system delivers M12 studs to a nest for an agricultural equipment manufacturer. They use M10 and M12 studs, and this feeder needed features to make sure the wrong studs couldn't make it out the end of the track. You can see the smaller studs, which we painted black, fall away from the exit as they recirculate around.

This also shows off a common feature of our systems. The pick point is extended well beyond the main table. This allows the feeder to reach into your work cell, and can leave the bulk of the system outside the guarding for easy access.
